Praise indeed from a job seeker

Today we were thrilled to receive a thank you from a candidate we haven’t even helped into their next role yet. The applicant was given advice on how to upskill in IT competencies and regarding suitability for the role applied for. The initial indeed screening conversation was positive and following advice that the role probably wasn't for him, Paul came back to HD Recruit with a thank you, which is sometimes rare in recruitment but testimony to the service HD Recruit pride ourselves on for our candidates and hiring clients.

We like to ensure every candidate, irrespective of success is provided with tools to boost skills and experience to help with their career. Paul was not confident with IT skills and their application for a support role within an IT firm looked great to us but he wished to up-skill his tech knowledge and competencies before carrying on with an application. We provided guidance to some excellent courses and hope to help Paul ahead.
